Chai Latte recipe
- 200 ml of water;
- 200 ml of milk;
- 4 tablespoons of sugar;
- 3 tablespoons of black tea;
- 2 black peppercorns;
- 2 cinnamon sticks;
- 6 crushed cardamom seeds or ½ coffee spoon of cardamom;
- Half grated ginger.
Bring the water to a boil and as soon as the process starts, add the cinnamon, cardamom seeds, milk, ginger and sugar. Mix well until the boil is reached.
Turn off the heat and add the black tea. Smother the drink for 5 minutes. Strain, if you like, sprinkle the powdered cinnamon on top.
