Dry-belly tea recipes
Combined ginger, cloves and cinnamon
This tea is powerful in fighting the balance due to the thermogenic and anti-inflammatory properties contained in its ingredients. Cinnamon, for example, speeds up metabolism and helps burn fat. Cloves, in turn, help with digestion, improve gas in the intestine and thus reduce belly swelling. Ginger, on the other hand, works like cinnamon, inducing the body to use fats to burn them and preventing them from accumulating.
To prepare the tea you will need a cinnamon stick, grated ginger to taste, 10 cloves and 500 ml of water. Put the liquid on the fire and wait for it to boil. When this is already in a boiling state, add the cinnamon and cloves. Simmer for another five minutes. Remove from heat, add ginger, cover and wait another three minutes. Drink it still hot. The ideal, in this recipe, is to drink three cups a day.
Dry belly green tea
Green tea is already naturally slimming, as it is thermogenic and a natural stimulant. In addition, this recipe includes pineapple, a strong ally for those who have digestive problems, as this fruit strengthens digestion and intestines. It also works as a diuretic, which is to say that it eliminates retained fluid.
Make tea with three slices of pineapple, a liter of water and 20 grams of green tea. Bring the water to the fire and as soon as the first signs of boiling appear, turn it off and add the green tea. Cover the container and wait 10 minutes. Then just mix the drink in a blender with the pineapple. Before drinking, strain. Drink up to five cups of tea a day.
Contraindications
