3 cold tea recipes

1. Green tea + mint + ginger + lemon


  • 6 green tea bags;
  • 2 pieces of ginger;
  • 1 sprig of mint;
  • 2 liters of filtered water;
  • Juice of 1 sifted lemon.

Preparation mode

Start the preparation mode by peeling the gingers and breaking the root into large pieces. Then take them to a pan with water and leave on the fire for about 10 minutes. After the set time, turn off the heat and add the green tea bags and mint.

Leave the capped container until completely cool. Then strain the liquid and pour in the lemon juice. Sweeten to taste and stir. Once the drink is at room temperature, take it to the refrigerator. Wait until cold and serve.

2. Green tea + orange + lemon


  • 3 sachets of green tea;
  • 1 orange juice;
  • Juice of half a lemon;
  • 1 piece of ginger;

In a container, place the green tea sachets, adding the boiling water and the peeled and grated ginger. Cover and leave to steep until cool. Then, remove the sachets and add the ice water, lemon and orange juice to the liquid.

Put the water on the fire and allow it to boil, but it is not necessary to wait for the boiling process completely. Then add the black tea bags and hibiscus flowers. Cover the container and allow to infuse for up to five minutes.

After the specified time, strain the tea and mix the lemon juice. If you prefer, sweeten the drink and put it in the fridge. Remove the liquid when it is very cold and ready to be served.
