3 cold tea recipes

1. Green tea + mint + ginger + lemon

Ingredients

  • 6 green tea bags;
  • 2 pieces of ginger;
  • 1 sprig of mint;
  • 2 liters of filtered water;
  • Juice of 1 sifted lemon.

Preparation mode

Start the preparation mode by peeling the gingers and breaking the root into large pieces. Then take them to a pan with water and leave on the fire for about 10 minutes. After the set time, turn off the heat and add the green tea bags and mint.

Leave the capped container until completely cool. Then strain the liquid and pour in the lemon juice. Sweeten to taste and stir. Once the drink is at room temperature, take it to the refrigerator. Wait until cold and serve.
